Welcome to TeamEureka Robotics

Due to the continuous support from you all, we were able to compete in one of the largest Robotics competitions in the World, providing the students from our small town an chance to participate in something at such a massive scale. We're so grateful for the opportunity we've been given, and we couldn't have done it without the generous people of our community.

THANK YOU EUREKA!

While we are waiting for our next season to officially start, you may want to get an idea of what the next "theme" is. If so, you can check out this website to learn more about the 2024-2025 season!

What is FIRST?

In today’s world, we need to be celebrating the technical and scientific prowess of our young people. TeamEureka Robotics includes these very students in grades 7-12. Our teams compete in FIRST Robotics regional and state competitions from Butte to Bozeman.

The F.I.R.S.T. (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) competition was founded by entrepreneur and inventor, Dean Kamen, in 1992. It started with a small competition of 28 teams in Manchester, NH. “A society gets what it celebrates,” says Dean Kamen, acclaimed inventor of the Segway Human Transporter and holder of more than 150 patents related to medical devices, climate control systems and helicopter design. “In today’s world, we need to be celebrating the technical and scientific prowess of our young people.” Dean’s goal is to inspire young people to look up to engineers the way that they often looked up to professional athletes.
